This product is fantastic. I mainly used the beep and vibrate settings, never needed the shock, and my pet listens just by seeing me pick it up. I've purchased three more for family pets; it's truly valuable.
I bought this set for training my German Shepherd, and it fits comfortably and is simple to operate. The collar is waterproof, though I wish the handheld controller was waterproof too. Besides that, it functions effectively with good range and battery life.
This product worked great until the transmitter quit. Unfortunately, the transmitter no longer charges and the screen is blank, so it's not functioning. I'm hopeful about getting the transmitter replaced so I can update my review positively.
We got two collars for our bull terrier and Frenchie, and they have really helped with their behavior. We prefer to use the vibrate setting instead of the shock, and it's been very effective. The change in their behavior is remarkable.
