The chair showed up on time, but the outer box was wet, dirty, and way too big for the item. The box inside was dented, but the chair itself was fine. All parts were there, and the assembly instructions were easy to follow. The bath chair works great and my mom really loves it. Despite the rough delivery, it's a good value and a solid chair.
They refused to refund my money. The chair didn't fit in my tub, so I didn't even use it. I couldn't return it promptly because I had surgery, and now they won't accept it back. Disappointed.
I'm very pleased with the quality! It fits perfectly in my small bathroom. Assembly was a breeze.
As a person who wears 5XL, I needed a shower seat, and this chair works perfectly. It fits nicely in the bathtub, giving me enough legroom to be comfortable. The side arms make standing up simple. If you need a bigger chair, this is a solid choice.
I tried to return this item because it was purchased by accident and never even opened. After two phone calls, I was told I'd get a refund, but that was two months ago, and I'm still waiting.
