It's really easy to set up and operate, and I appreciate the different settings which make my legs feel rejuvenated.

It works best directly on my skin; wearing leggings makes it shift around too much. I've actually drifted off to sleep with it on because it's so soothing. I use this more often than the foot-only version because it covers my legs too, and the heat setting is perfect for easing muscle tension further.
