The massager has been incredible for easing my lower back pain, especially when I've slept too long or sat for extended periods. I used it casually over two weeks, and even after months without use, my back pain didn't return. It's outstanding. I suggest trying this product. You can turn off the heat if you prefer just the massage, which is how I use it. It's very portable and great for use on the go, even in the car with the included adapter. A neat feature is it turns off automatically after 15 minutes. I use it here and there, even on my neck because it feels good. I've dozed off while using it on my neck, making the automatic shut-off very useful. I highly recommend it!

I already own a full-size Shiatsu back massager that does a decent job, but it can't reach spots like the neck curve, small of the back, or under my knees. This new one, however, covers those areas. When I first got it, I worried that its lightweight design might not provide a strong enough massage, but it pleasantly surprised me. Overall, I really enjoy this device and would recommend it or even purchase it again.
